: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing online communities, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to strengthen our brand and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and campaign copy.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with paid social advertising is preferred.
