About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with prior experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content planning, and brand storytelling while managing multiple client accounts across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and marketing strategies.
- Write engaging captions, coordinate with the design team, and ensure timely content execution.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
- Generate creative campaign ideas for festivals, product launches, and brand activations.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and account managers for seamless campaign execution.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, contests, and brand partnerships when required.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced agency environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and engaging content.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or B2B brands.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and boosted posts.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC).
- Knowledge of AI tools for content ideation and productivity.
