Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow online communities, analyze performance metrics, and execute campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies.

- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.

- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.

- Design or coordinate creatives with the design team.

- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams for campaign execution.

- Manage influencer collaborations and social media promotions.

- Stay updated with the latest platform features and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.

- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
