Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our clients' social media accounts and enhance their online presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.
- Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to create high-quality content.




- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms and industry trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in video content planning and reel creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and scheduling.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹10,021.78 - ₹45,741.50 per month
