At Nexora Labs, we build custom software, mobile applications, AI solutions, and business platforms for growing businesses. We're looking for a creative designer who can help us build a strong visual brand across social media.
This is not a typical "make Instagram posts" role.
You'll work closely with the founder, who will provide the content strategy, messaging, and creative direction. Your responsibility is to transform ideas into high-quality visual content that people enjoy watching and sharing.
What You'll Create
- Static social media posts
- Carousels
- Motion graphics
- Animated posts
- Short-form videos & reels
- Occasional long-form YouTube videos
- Social media creatives for multiple platforms
Average workload will be around 15–18 pieces of content per month, making this an ideal part-time opportunity.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong design fundamentals
- Can create clean, modern, premium-looking creatives
- Understands typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
- Can animate graphics professionally
- Has experience editing engaging short-form videos
- Can follow brand guidelines consistently
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions on every detail
- Delivers work on time
Mandatory Requirements
- Available 4 hours every day from Monday to Saturday
- Must work during those hours on Kumospace with the team
- Working hours will be decided mutually
- Good internet connection and communication skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Software Requirements Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
Please do not apply if your primary workflow is Canva. We're looking for designers who create and edit using professional Adobe tools.
Growth Opportunity
This role starts as a part-time position. As Nexora Labs grows, the goal is to transition the right candidate into a full-time role within approximately three months, based on performance and business requirements.
