Feliks Marketing is a full-service marketing agency helping brands grow through social media, branding, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and creative campaigns. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-driven intern who can build robust client relationships while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, managing multiple projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and meetings.
- Ensure every client receives timely updates, follow-ups, and value-driven communication—even on days when there is no scheduled content.
- Build long-term relationships by proactively checking in with clients and understanding their business goals.

Social Media Strategy

- Assist in creating monthly social media strategies and content plans.
- Present content ideas and strategies to clients in a professional manner.
- Suggest new campaign ideas, trends, and improvements based on industry insights.
- Ensure client feedback is documented and communicated accurately.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and the internal team to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Assign, track, and follow up on daily tasks.
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Communicate revisions and approvals between clients and the creative team.

Client Servicing

- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting notes.
- Follow up on pending approvals, content, and deliverables.
- Resolve basic client queries professionally.
- Maintain excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Collaboration & Outreach
- Coordinate with influencers and brands for collaboration opportunities.




- Handle professional outreach, follow-ups, and communication.
- Maintain influencer and collaboration databases.

Reporting & Organization
- Maintain project trackers, content calendars, and client records.
- Update Google Sheets, Notion, or project management tools regularly.
- Ensure all communication and project updates are properly documented.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media strategy.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
