MYC – We're Hiring: Social Media & Community Manager, Kochi

MYC is India's first socialising app. We're looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to own our social media presence end to end and act as the primary point of contact for our Hosts. This is a Kochi based, full time role for an immediate joiner. RESPONSIBILITIES

Own MYC's social media calendar and drive content creation across Instagram and other platforms

Plan, shoot, and edit content including reels, stories, and posts that capture the MYC vibe

Manage brand and content collaborations with creators, influencers, and partners

Act as the single point of contact for all Hosts, supporting them before, during, and after every Moment

Coordinate with Hosts on content needs, promotional support, and troubleshooting

Track what content performs and adjust strategy based on engagement, not guesswork

Keep MYC's tone consistent across every post, story, and interaction: warm, direct, never corporate





Work closely with the founders to translate brand direction into daily content and community actions EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Proven experience creating and managing social media content, ideally for a brand, startup, or community

Hands on experience with content shoots, editing, and platform level content strategy

Experience managing collaborations with creators or external partners

Strong communication skills and comfort being the go-to person for a network of Hosts

Ability to work independently in a rapid paced, startup environment
