The candidate will be responsible for machine programming, opmiza on, defect analysis, process improvement, and ensuring high-quality PCB assembly during SMT produc on.

Key Responsibili es:  Operate, program, and maintain TRI AOI (Automated Op cal Inspec on) and TRI SPI (Solder Paste Inspec on) machines.  Create and opmize inspec on programs for new PCB models.  Analyse AOI and SPI inspec on results and minimize false calls.  Monitor solder paste prin ng quality using SPI reports.  Improve first-pass yield (FPY) by reducing process defects.  Perform machine calibra on, verifica on, and preven ve maintenance.  Prepare inspec on reports and maintain produc on records.



 Support NPI (Current Product Introduc on) ac vi es.

Requirements:  Hands-on experience with TRI AOI and TRI SPI systems.  Knowledge of SMT produc on processes.  Ability to interpret PCB layouts, Gerber files, and BOMs.  Knowledge of solder paste inspec on parameters.  Familiarity with SMT machines such as Printer, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI, and SPI.  Good analy cal and troubleshoo ng skills.
