Role Objective The Sales Manager Business LAP will be responsible for driving secured business loan (Loan Against Property) sales by managing channel partners, sourcing quality business, and ensuring portfolio growth while maintaining credit quality and compliance with Godrej Capitals policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth for Business Loan Against Property (LAP) through DSAs, connectors, brokers, and direct sourcing.

- Build and manage a strong channel partner network to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Source and generate new business from self-employed and MSME customers.

- Conduct initial screening of customer profiles, documents, and eligibility as per credit norms.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursements.

- Ensure adherence to Godrej Capitals policies, processes, and compliance standards.

- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain healthy asset quality.

- Track competition, market trends,



and provide feedback to management.

- Prepare and maintain MIS, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.

- Support team members and channel partners with product training and updates.

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 58 years of experience in secured lending, specifically Business LAP / Mortgage / MSME Loans.

- Strong exposure to DSA and channel management.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Good understanding of credit underwriting, property documentation, and local market dynamics.
