- Daily Execution: Manage day-to-day site activities for residential or commercial fitouts, ensuring alignment with approved architectural and shop drawings.
- Trades Supervision: Oversee and coordinate in office teams, including carpenters, painters, electricians, false ceiling specialists, and flooring vendors.
- Material Management: Take accurate site measurements, verify incoming material quality against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and manage inventory.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor work schedules, resolve on-site bottlenecks quickly, and maintain daily progress logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce labor safety rules, maintain site discipline, and coordinate snag-list completion before final handover
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
