The Civil Site Supervisor will assist in planning supervising and monitoring construction and maintenance activities for infrastructure projects such as roads drainage systems and other civil structures The role ensures that all work is carried out according to approved drawings safety standards timelines and quality requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is performed as per approved drawings specifications and safety regulations Conduct routine site inspections and report progress to the Site Project Engineer Maintain daily logbooks site diaries and weekly progress records Coordinate with contractors labour teams and material suppliers Perform quantity checks and ensure quality workmanship for all construction activities Ensure the availability and proper use of materials tools and equipment on site Assist in conducting site surveys and feasibility checks as required Resolve minor technical issues on-site and escalate major issues to the Engineer Ensure compliance with safety environmental and legal regulations Maintain accurate site documentation including inspection reports material receive notes and approval forms Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials Ability to read and understand technical drawings Good supervisory and coordination skills Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of site safety rules quality control processes and basic engineering practices Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently Educational Qualifications ITI in Civil Engineering Mandatory Preferred Diploma holders may also be considered based on experience Experience 1-3 years of experience in civil construction projects preferably as a Site Supervisor or similar role Job Type Full-time Pay 9 924 31 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
