Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and labour.
- Read and execute work as per 2D drawings.
- Guide carpenters and other workers according to the drawings.
- Monitor work quality and project progress.
- Check and receive site materials.
- Maintain labour attendance and daily work records.
- Take site measurements whenever required.
- Capture daily site photos/videos and submit progress updates.
- Ensure site cleanliness and safeguard project materials.
- Report site issues and material shortages immediately.
- Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards.
- Be punctual, responsible, and maintain professional behaviour.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree (Civil or Interior preferred).

- 13 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution.





- Basic knowledge of interior materials and execution.

- Ability to read 2D drawings and take site measurements.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willing to travel to project sites.

- Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to quality.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Smartphone is mandatory for daily reporting.
