About the Role

Studio 5 Design is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior and architectural projects across Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and the design team, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities for interior and architectural projects.
- Execute projects as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and monitor labour productivity.
- Inspect site work regularly to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities before execution.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and inventory at the site.
- Identify and resolve in office issues to avoid project delays.




- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline and budget.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate final inspections, snag list closures, and project handovers.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and architectural site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and construction details.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, false ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
- Excellent site coordination and project management skills.
- Experience in contractor and vendor management.
- Material planning, quantity verification, and inventory management.
- Quality inspection and workmanship monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and report preparation.

Preferred Software Knowledge
