Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for refinery and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution and supervision of civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, industrial buildings, RCC works, and site coordination while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil construction activities at project site.

- Monitor RCC, structural, foundation, excavation, and finishing works.

- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

- Prepare daily progress reports and monitor manpower productivity.

- Verify measurements, billing quantities, and material consumption.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.

- Handle site inspections,



client coordination, and technical discussions.

- Resolve technical issues at site and ensure smooth project execution.

- Support planning, estimation, and project documentation activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial and refinery civil construction.

- Experience in RCC, structural steel, foundations, and industrial buildings.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety standards.

- Good leadership and site coordination skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing preferred.

- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
