Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing day-to-day activities at project locations. This role oversees site operations, including planning work schedules, coordinating workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications.

The Site

Supervisor monitors installation and commissioning activities for substations, transformers, cables, switchgear, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. The role includes conducting site inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, resolving on-site issues,



and reporting progress to project managers and senior leadership.

Supervisor also collaborates with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth execution of EPC, transmission, and distribution projects.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong site management and supervision skills, including workforce coordination, activity planning, and on-site problem-solving.

Candidates should possess practical knowledge of electrical infrastructure works such as substation and transformer installation, cable laying, switchgear installation, and power distribution systems.

Candidates should possess familiarity with safety regulations, quality control practices, and compliance with relevant electrical and construction standards.

Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

Candidates should possess proficiency in basic documentation, reporting, and use of common office and project management tools.

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in site supervision for power or infrastructure projects.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks under time constraints, and adapt to changing project requirements is essential.

Experience with EPC projects, utility or railways work, and knowledge of local regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
