We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in OpenStack and Kubernetes to join our team. If you have a strong background in Linux administration, cloud operations, and production support, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Title : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) OpenStack Kubernetes

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Work Mode : Remote ( Night Shift )

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support production cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability.
- Work with OpenStack services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, and Keystone.
- Support Kubernetes environments (Pods, Services, Cluster concepts).
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and operational support.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting where applicable.

Mandatory Skills:





- 3 - 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Platform Support.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of Networking concepts (DNS, IP, Routing, VLANs) and Storage fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience (approximately 2+ years) with OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone) in a production environment.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (Pods, Services, Cluster concepts).
- Experience in production incident handling, monitoring, and operational support.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills :

- Python or Bash scripting.
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Experience with Private Cloud or Virtualization technologies.
- RHCSA/RHCE, OpenStack, Kubernetes, or Cloud certifications.
