- Manage day-to-day operations and preventive maintenance of Solar PV plants to maximize plant performance and energy generation.

- Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, equipment servicing, and breakdown resolution with internal teams and vendors.

- Develop and implement SOPs while ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and maintenance standards.

- Manage vendor performance, service quality, billing, training, and periodic performance reviews.

- Oversee customer-related commercial activities, including payment follow-ups, Bank Guarantees, Joint Meter Readings (JMR), and Deemed Generation inputs.

- Prepare and maintain operational dashboards, preventive/corrective maintenance reports, and stakeholder communications.

- Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, statutory regulations, and safety standards through regular inspections, risk assessments, and secure work practices.

- Drive continuous improvement by adopting industry best practices and new technologies to enhance plant reliability and operational efficiency.
