About the Role Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Interior Engineer& Projects Manager to oversee interior execution for residential projects, retail stores, showroom renovations, and current store projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and providing regular progress updates to management.

The role requires strong project execution capabilities, vendor management skills, site supervision experience, and the ability to ensure that all interior works are completed as per approved designs, specifications, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

Oversee and manage interior execution works for residential projects, existing stores, renovations, and new showroom projects.

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all interior works are completed according to approved designs, layouts, and specifications.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

Quality & Timeline Management

Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines without compromising quality.

Monitor workmanship and materials used at site to maintain company standards.

Identify potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with interior contractors, vendors, carpenters, fabricators, Architect, electricians, and other service providers.

Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery and execution.

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality work completion.

Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with external agencies for smooth project completion.

Design Implementation

Work closely with interior designers and management to execute approved concepts.





Ensure actual site execution matches approved drawings and design standards.

Suggest practical improvements and execution solutions whenever required.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare and share regular project status reports with management.

Update owners and senior leadership on project milestones, risks, delays, and completion schedules.

Maintain project documentation, vendor records, and execution reports.

Track pending activities and ensure timely closure.

Cost & Resource Management

Coordinate material requirements and monitor site resource utilization.

Assist in controlling project costs and avoiding unnecessary expenses.

Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

Ability to read drawings, layouts, and interior specifications.

Excellent vendor management and coordination skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Willingness to travel across project locations and stores as required.

Experience in retail, jewellery showrooms, commercial interiors, or luxury store projects will be preferred.
