Role Description: (Site HR)

The position acts as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals of the site. The position is responsible for overall people approach formulation and management of Site HR.

Key Responsibilities

- End to end life cycle management of people deployed at the site.

- Support business objectives through consistent implementation and improvisation of human resource policies and processes.

- Face of HR that provides generalist advice on challenging people matters at the site in alignment with Sodexo Regional HR Team.

- Client Expectation Management on all people related issues at the site.

- Close coordination with the Client HR and Operation team for ensuring compliance of rules and regulations.

- Drive cultural change at the site in partnership with operation and client.

- Manage risk, including adherence to governance procedures and labour related regulatory compliance.

- Ensure effective implementation of grievance redressal framework across the site.





- Ensure effective and speedy implementation of disciplinary action at the site.

Specific Requirement:

- Masters degree in human resources with about 10 years work experience.

- Expert level Knowledge of employment laws and their application.

- Must have handled a team of 3 to 4 people directly reporting to him.

- Experience in dealing with Unions / unionized environment.

- Expert level generalist skills, solid consulting and analytical skills.

- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

- Ability to influence and partner with senior officials of the Site Operation team and our client.

- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best people practices

- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- High quality document and report preparation on MS Excel.
