Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
✅ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
✅ Push vendors and subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
✅ Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
✅ Prepare site reports, maintain documentation, and update project status.
✅ Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Experience handling projects ranging from 3,000 sq. ft. to 3,00,000 sq. ft.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Willing to work day and night shifts based on project requirements.
- Strong vendor and subcontractor management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Working knowledge of Hindi for site coordination.
- Mandatory experience in at least one MEP trade: Mechanical Electrical Plumbing
