We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of site execution and be capable of handling day-to-day site operations independently.
The role involves supervising ongoing construction activities, coordinating with teams on-site, and ensuring work is completed as per project requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress
- Ensure execution is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Maintain site quality and safety standards
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant site experience
- Good understanding of construction and site execution processes
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Willingness to work at project locations across Tamil Nadu
Note: Salary will be based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
