Role: Site Supervisor/Engineer/Jr. Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Manager
Responsibilities
1. Handling Daily Site Activities such as Labour, Manpower & Erection.
2. Unloading & Stacking of Materials from Vehicles after Crosschecking them against the Packing Lists & the Shop Drawings for Quality Check.
3. Lifting & Erection of Part Marks as per the erection sequence with proper Safety & quality.
4. Recording & Reporting of Daily Progress, Hindrance, NCR's, & Safety issues.
5. Planning & Coordination with office & site teams for improving the efficiency & in time completion of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
- Solid understanding of construction supervision principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
