Salary (CTC): 3 lac to 4.5 lac(depending on knowledge, work experience & last drawn salary)
Job Summary:
A Slope Protection Site Engineer is a specialized civil engineer responsible for overseeing the execution, safety, and quality of engineering works designed to prevent soil erosion, landslides, and rockfalls. They bridge the gap between geotechnical designs and on-site construction.
We are looking for dynamic Site Engineer- Slope Protection to manage and support day-to-day execution activities at our Pune Metro Rail project. The role involves site coordination & execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with slope protection machinery - Different types of Anchors (SDA, DCP anchor, Cable Anchor), drilling rigs, shotcrete machines, grout pumps
- Supervise daily site work as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workforce
- Monitor material usage and site activities
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Ensure safety compliance and site discipline
- Assist in measurements, billing, and quantity tracking
- Report site challenges and ensure timely resolution
- Support geotechnical works such as anchoring, shotcrete, and grouting
Requirements:
- B Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant site experience
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Civil /slope stabilization / geotechnical projects
- Positive communication and team coordination
- Ability to handle site pressure
