Role & responsibilities :

- Execute and supervise civil works at commercial construction sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate with MEP teams whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong knowledge of commercial building construction.
- Experience in site execution and supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination is an added advantage.
