Job Summary

Karyan Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Site/Civil Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering/formwork technology and should be capable of managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Manage site execution for RCC, finishing, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and structural works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Execute and monitor Mivan shuttering/formwork activities, ensuring quality and timely cycle completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and material utilization at the site.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, statutory regulations, and company HSE guidelines.
- Prepare daily progress reports, DPRs, work schedules, and site documentation.




- Verify contractor work progress and coordinate with the billing team for measurement and certification.
- Identify site issues and resolve technical challenges in coordination with senior management.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality and budget objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and high-rise building execution.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering/formwork systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, IS codes, and safety practices.
- Good understanding of project scheduling and resource planning.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera (preferred)
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures
- BOQ interpretation and quantity verification
- Site measurement and execution planning

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Must have worked on high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Mandatory exposure to Mivan shuttering/formwork technology.
- Experience in RCC structural works and finishing activities.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of quality control, safety standards, and project execution processes.
