Role & responsibilities

- Supervise the erection and installation of PEB steel structures and roofing systems.

- Study and understand approved structural drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.

- Plan daily site activities and allocate work to contractors and site workers.

- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within the planned schedule.

- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Conduct site measurements and verify material quantities before and during installation.

- Coordinate with the design, production, logistics, and project management teams.

- Inspect incoming materials and verify them against dispatch documents.

- Monitor alignment, plumbing, bolting, welding, and tightening of structural members.

- Ensure proper installation of roofing sheets, wall cladding, flashings, gutters, and accessories.

- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site records, and material consumption reports.





- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks for workers.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.

- Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and lifting machinery.

- Prepare snag lists and ensure all punch points are completed before project handover.

- Support project commissioning and final handover documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in industrial, warehouse, factory, logistics park, or commercial PEB projects.

- Knowledge of erection sequencing, crane operations, and structural alignment.

- Experience handling contractors and multiple project sites.
