Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to oversee site execution, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with clients and vendors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.

- Verify measurements and prepare work quantity reports.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.

- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement quality control measures.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.





- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Coordinate project handover and snag rectification activities.

- Maintain project documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and material records.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of interior fit-out execution.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

- Good understanding of civil and MEP coordination.

- Project planning and execution skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Time management and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects for commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or office spaces.

- Experience in handling multiple project sites independently.
