Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise daily in office work across highways (pavement layers, asphalt/concrete), RCC buildings, retaining walls, and bridge components (substructures/culverts).

- Drawing Interpretation: Read and execute architectural, structural, and alignment drawings (CAD/BIM) accurately on the field.

- Surveying & Layout: Perform setting-out, leveling, and alignment checks with the survey team.

- Quality Assurance: Inspect shuttering, steel reinforcement, and concrete pours; coordinate field testing (slump, compaction, cube tests).

- Resource Management: Allocate daily work, machinery, and labor to subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance.

- Measurement & Billing:



Prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR), verify subcontractor quantities, and support bill processing.

- Safety & Reporting: Enforce HSE safety protocols, maintain site logbooks, and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on site experience in roads, buildings, walls, and bridges.

- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of construction standards (IS/IRC), drawing reading, and basic AutoCAD / MS Excel.

- Key Traits: Strong site labor leadership, quick problem-solving, and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
