Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Site Engineer, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with a combination of on-site presence at project locations and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising structural and civil works, conducting inspections, resolving technical issues on site, and maintaining accurate documentation such as daily reports, material records, and site logs.



The role also involves supporting project planning and scheduling, assisting in resource allocation, and communicating project status and risks to project managers and stakeholders.

The Site

Engineer will contribute to smooth project execution and timely delivery of industrial and PEB building projects in line with Arkoo’s standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing construction activities at industrial or PEB building sites.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including the ability to inspect works, verify materials, and ensure compliance with safety, design, and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to steel structures, PEB systems, foundations, and industrial building design and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or related field) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools and MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites, travel to project locations as needed, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
