Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with civil and structural engineers, and ensure work is executed as per design, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, supervising site teams and contractors, and maintaining accurate documentation of work, materials, and inspections. The role also involves performing quality control checks, resolving technical issues at site, supporting project planning and scheduling,



and communicating regularly with project managers and stakeholders.

Engineer will contribute to timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in an in office environment, managing daily site operations and coordination.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Competence in quality control processes, ensuring adherence to construction standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and experience collaborating with structural and civil engineers.
- Background in civil engineering, with hands-on experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with construction management tools, site reporting, and basic project scheduling.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound technical decisions under time constraints.
- Commitment to safety, ethical practices, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
