Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and manage civil works at residential and apartment interior project sites in Jaipur, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with design specifications and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers and contractors, reviewing civil drawings, monitoring construction activities, supervising site execution, and resolving on-site technical issues.

The role involves planning and scheduling work, ensuring quality standards, managing materials and resources, and conducting regular site inspections and reporting.

Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers and the interior design team to integrate civil engineering solutions with aesthetic and functional design requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on-site, overseeing construction activities and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Planning project timelines, resource allocation, and site workflows to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site drainage considerations for residential and apartment projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Ability to use basic civil engineering and drafting tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) for reviewing and updating drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to prepare clear site reports.
- Prior experience in residential or interior-focused projects in Jaipur or similar markets is an advantage.
