With deep expertise in Singapore’s tax architecture and a strong local presence in India, we empower clients to optimize their global tax posture while ensuring seamless alignment with domestic and international regulations. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Singapore taxation engagements including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing compliance for Indian clients with Singapore operations.
- Prepare and review Singapore tax returns, disclosures, and supporting documentation in adherence to IRAS guidelines and OECD standards.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of cross-border transactions, M&A;, and investment vehicles involving Singapore entities.
- Collaborate with local Singapore tax teams to resolve audits,



respond to queries, and manage tax assessments.
- Develop client-specific tax strategy decks and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Train junior team members on Singapore tax law, compliance frameworks, and documentation best practices.

- IRAS compliance

Preferred

- Experience with Singapore-GST filing
- Knowledge of India-Singapore DTAA
- Certified Public Accountant (Singapore) or equivalent
