- You will serve as a specialist in finite element simulation at ATS.
- You will be responsible for executing thermo-mechanical simulations related to warpage, reliability, failure analysis, and thermal management.
- You will continuously improve simulation processes, validate results, and act as a key interface with production and the material testing team to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute assigned simulation tasks based on established ATS methodologies in mechanical, thermal, and thermo-mechanical finite element simulations.
- Develop and maintain simulation models following standardized simulation and modelling procedures.
- Update relevant documentation in line with ATS quality standards and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and development topics.
- Collaborate within cross-functional and international teams, providing support and promoting best practices.
