Job Summary





- We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Siebel Configuration, Open UI, Workflows, Business Services, Integration Objects, and scripting using eScript and Browser Script.

Experience in the Consumer Goods domain is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform Siebel configuration using Siebel Tools , including Applets, Views, Business Components, Business Objects, Screens, and Links.
- Develop and enhance Siebel Workflows, Business Services, eScript, and Browser Scripts .
- Customize and support Siebel Open UI and user interface enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Integration Objects, Virtual Business Components (VBCs), and External Business Components (EBCs) .
- Manage SRF generation, LOVs, State Models, Siebel Security, and Access Control .
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance,



and resolve application defects.
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and prepare technical design documents.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production releases .
- Support Siebel upgrades, repository merges, patching, and environment migrations.
- Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and CRM development best practices.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
