Roles & Responsibilities- 1. Silo Operator

Operate and monitor pulp/chip silos, maintain material flow, control inventory levels, ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and process efficiency.

2. BSW Operator

Operate and monitor brown stock washing systems, optimize pulp washing efficiency, control process parameters, ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

3. ODL Operator





Operate and monitor oxygen delignification process through DCS, control parameters, optimize pulp quality, troubleshoot issues, ensure safety

4. Caustic Plant Operator

Operate and monitor causticizing plant operations, control liquor quality parameters, troubleshoot process issues, ensure safety, efficiency, and production.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

Education

- 10th/12th/ITI in Any Trade

Experience

- 6 to 7 years of experience in Paper & Pulp Industry.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Silo Operator/BSW Operator/ODL Operator/ Caustic Plant Operator
