- Achieve Sales Targets
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Increase market share and dealership profitability.
- Lead and Manage the Sales Team
- Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor sales executives.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Assign targets and track individual performance.

- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Generate leads through walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and events.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries.
- Improve lead-to-retail conversion rates
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.
- Monitor enquiry, booking, retail, and delivery reports.
- Forecast future sales based on market trends.
