Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A graduate degree in emergency management, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years working in emergency communications or a high-volume BPO setting, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) software, GPS tracking systems, and GIS mapping tools.
