Shift Manager QSR

Location: Banashankari & Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during the assigned shift.

- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.

- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety as per company SOPs.

- Handle cash, billing, inventory, and stock management.

- Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing.

- Resolve customer complaints effectively.

- Support sales targets and maintain operational KPIs.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QSR/Fast Food/Restaurant as a Shift Manager, Team Leader, or Assistant Restaurant Manager.

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
