KRA5 To improve housekeeping and ascertain safety standards to reduce accident Abnormality to be sorted out to take action.

Imporve in the 5 S score. KRA6 To follow the guide line of WCM at implementing ISO-14000 identify new project at follow of OHSAS 18001 & SA 8000 Analyzing of root cause of deficiency & undertaking of new project training of all operators in respective shift during WCM meeting for ISO- 14000
