- Strong understanding of aseptic processing, cleanroom practices, and contamination control.
- Hands-on experience in terminal sterilization, autoclave operations, equipment changeovers, and CIP/SIP systems.
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, GDP, data integrity.
- Robust leadership, manpower management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
