Position Title : Shift In charge - Production

Report to: Plant In charge (Manager Production)

Job location : Luna near Vadodara (Gujarat)

Type of Industry from: Organic Chemical / Agro / Specialty Chemical/No PHARMA

Qualification: MSC (Chemistry) BE (Chemical) /B. Tech. (Chemical) from reputed University/Institute

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Requirement for the Job Profile with Key Skills & Abilities

1. Should familiar knowledge of handling glass lined reactor, graphite heat exchanger, glass lined column, steam pressure ejectors, centrifugal pump, AOD pump etc.
2. Able to handle chemicals like Thionyl chloride, HCl (hydrochloric acid), caustic lye, solvents etc.
3. Should have knowledge of handling scrubber operation, tanker loading/unloading, drum filling, chlorination, distillation, filtration, interlock system, DCS,



continuous as well as batch process etc.
4. Should have knowledge of permit systems like hot work, vessel entry, height work, excavation, LOTO etc.
5. Should have knowledge of basic safety like unsafe act, unsafe condition, near miss, process safety management, ISO standards, batch process record, CAPA, troubleshooting etc.
6. Able to handle shift activities like manpower handling, housekeeping, production planning, maintenance activities, monitoring quality analysis etc.
