- Perform routine checks and maintenance of building equipment(Electrical HT & LT side, HVAC, PHE, Fire Detection & Protection, CCTV,BMS& Access Control etc.)
- Troubleshooting and resolve facility related issues coordinating with vendors for repairs, services and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocol.
- Conduct inspections and report any non-compliance.
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedure.
- Maintain logs of maintenance activities, breakdown and repair.
- Coordination with inhouse team and external vendor/contractors.
- Respond to and resolve occupants / guests queries and issues related to facilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies.
Preferred candidate profile
- B Tech / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
