About the Internship

FITT is looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns to support the successful execution of FITT Forward , one of our flagship annual events. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, stakeholder coordination, and professional communication while working closely with the organizing team.

Duration- 1.5 months

Number of Openings- 4 interns

Roles and Responsibilities The selected interns will be responsible for:

· Assisting in the planning and execution of FITT Forward.

· Coordinating with speakers, participants, start ups, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Supporting communication through emails and phone calls.

· Assisting in scheduling meetings and maintaining coordination trackers.

· Managing registrations and participant data.

· Providing on-ground support during the event.

· Assisting with logistics, documentation, and other operational activities as assigned.

Eligibility





· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good organizational and coordination abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience in organizing college events or festivals will be an added advantage.
