Job Summary

Nexus Visa International Services is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Study Visa Counselor to join our Rajkot branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas education counseling, student admissions, and visa processing. You will guide students from the initial inquiry to successful visa approval.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling.
- Guide students through the admission and study visa process.
- Assist with documentation, SOP, financial documents, and visa filing.
- Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups.




- Stay updated with the latest visa policies and university requirements.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Study Visa or Overseas Education Counseling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of student visa procedures and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
