We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant with strong expertise in SharePoint Online (SPFx), SharePoint On-Premises, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Contemporary UI Development to build, customize, and support enterprise-grade collaboration solutions.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Customization, and Microsoft technologies while working on enterprise-level implementations and integrations.

*** NOTE *

Candidates having only basic SharePoint Administration experience without hands-on SharePoint Development, SPFx, Power Platform, or Custom Solution Development will not be considered.

*** Must-haves *

- 58 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Development
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online (SPFx)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises Development and Administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
- Experience in developing custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular
- Strong programming skills in C#
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs, HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience in developing reusable SharePoint Components and Web Parts
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Architecture, Security, and Permissions




- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and providing application support
- Knowledge of coding standards, software development best practices, and version control
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

*** Good to Have (Big Plus) *

- Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors integrations
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Active Directory integrations
- Experience with SharePoint Designer Workflows
- Hands-on experience in Page Layout and Master Page Customization
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 Certifications
- Experience working on enterprise digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and deployment automation

*** What the Role Actually Involves *

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises solutions
- Develop custom applications and reusable components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Build modern SharePoint solutions using React.js or Angular
- Develop workflows and business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Active Directory, SAP,



and other enterprise applications
- Develop and consume REST APIs for SharePoint integrations
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Participate in testing, deployment, release management, and QA validation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and software engineering guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvements, technical discussions, and solution architecture

- Candidates with only SharePoint Administration experience
- Professionals without hands-on SPFx Development experience
- Developers without experience in SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365
- Candidates without Power Platform exposure
- Developers with only frontend experience and no SharePoint Customization knowledge
- Professionals without enterprise SharePoint Implementation experience
