About the Role

We are hiring a ServiceNow Tester

- Location: Bangalore
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
- Shift Timing: 2 PM- 11 PM

ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer | ServiceNow ATF | API Testing- ServiceNow Developer Designation - Associate Consultant, Consultant

Responsibilities

- Perform functional and automation testing for ServiceNow applications.
- Design and execute test cases for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
- Develop and maintain ATF, Selenium, or Playwright automation scripts.
- Execute REST/SOAP API and end-to-end integration testing.
- Validate data migration, workflows, business rules, and upgrades .
- Integrate automated tests with Jenkins/Azure DevOps (CI/CD) .
- Perform performance and security testing using JMeter/LoadRunner.
- Track defects, ensure test coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Experience

- 3–8 years in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow testing




- Proven track record testing ServiceNow implementations, custom apps, and upgrades

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI, workflows, form configurations, business rules, and client/server scripting (JavaScript)
- Proficient in REST/SOAP API testing (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (MID Server, IntegrationHub, web services)
- Experience with data migration tools and strategies (Import Sets, Transform Maps)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git)
- Positive understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Test management experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Azure Test Plans

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CSDM, etc.)
- ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Security Operations or Virtual Agent
- Basic scripting in PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript

Education / Professional qualifications

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
