Job Summary

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow SPM Architects and Senior Developers with proven expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management SPM solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end SPM implementations for Healthcare organizations, including solution design, configuration, integration, deployment, and optimization.

This role requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions that align with healthcare operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture Design

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions for healthcare clients.

- Define scalable and sustainable ServiceNow SPM architecture aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business, operational, and portfolio management requirements.

- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.

- ServiceNow SPM Implementation

- Implement and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules, including:

- Demand Management

- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

- Resource Management

- Agile Development

- Innovation Management

- Investment Funding

- Strategic Planning Workspace

- Enterprise Architecture Workspace (preferred)

- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and automation processes.

- Build dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPIs, and executive portfolio views.

- Support portfolio governance, project lifecycle management, and resource planning processes.

- Development Integration





- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.

- Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.

- Support CI/CD and deployment processes within the ServiceNow platform.

- Healthcare Domain Support

- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand portfolio management, compliance, and operational requirements.

- Design solutions supporting healthcare transformation initiatives, IT governance, and strategic planning.

- Ensure solutions align with healthcare industry standards and organizational policies.

- Implementation Support

- Lead full project lifecycle activities including:

- Discovery

- Solution Design

- Development

- Testing

- Deployment

- Hypercare Support

- Conduct UAT sessions and support production releases.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.

- Mentor junior developers and administrators.

Requirements

For ServiceNow SPM Architect

- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM implementations.

- Proven experience leading at least 23 full-cycle SPM implementations from scratch.

- Strong architecture and solution design experience.

- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and PMO teams.

For ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer





- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules.

- Experience building and implementing SPM solutions from requirements through production deployment.

- Solid ServiceNow scripting and development expertise.

- Experience implementing SPM for Healthcare providers, hospitals, health systems, or payer organizations.

- Experience with Healthcare IT environments, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.

- Knowledge of ITBM to SPM migration projects.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or project management tools.
