- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics inproject planning .
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (Protected) and Agilemethodologies Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
- Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
- Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
