We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer – GRC/IRM to lead the technical development and implementation of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on development, mentor developers, support solution architects, and ensure high-quality technical delivery across multiple GRC/IRM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications.
- Develop and configure workflows, forms, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and Data Models.
- Build scalable and reusable solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement technical designs accurately.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide development team members throughout project delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and task allocation within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.




- Support Integration Testing (ITT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, release notes, and deployment guides.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to support governance and compliance reporting.
- Work closely with Platform Administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
- Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance.
