Job Title: Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer

Experience: 8 Years (ServiceNow IRM Development)

Role Summary

- Experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with robust expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM),
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, and
- Audit Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and
- implementing scalable IRM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and
- Business Continuity Management modules.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Integrations.
- Configure indicators, controls, risk statements, assessments, and compliance frameworks.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-level risk metrics.
- Integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing,



deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
